If you want to keep playing the game while running macOS Lion, do not update The Sims 4 to any future game patches. When I play I cant find the any IKEA items in buy mode.
We no longer support The Sims 4 on the macOS Lion (10.7) operating system. The Sims 4 Open World Expansion Pack if you are using The Sims 4 All in One Automatic. Hi all the expansion packs seem to work excepting The IKEA one.

I have researched quite a few forums and no one has been able to present a viable compatibility solution. I have been playing the Sims since 2007 and this is a humongous disappointment. I agree with RebeccaKemp: it is not compatible with Windows 10 For those of use whom spent an incredible about of time and money on the Sims 2 and all of the expansion packs, building families and communities, Windows 10 unfortunately will not allow game Stick with Windows 7 if you aren't havingĪny problems.

I managed to get The Sims 2 and the expansions and stuff packs to work with Windows 8 but they no longer work on Windows 10, even with the compatibility set on Windows XP (Service Pack 3).
